anyway, i find that our team is in need of serious bonding. Sigh, ask you all pick balls also not thorough. we got to buck up. must emphasize some stuff to everyone. We are going to start implementing the lateness punishments and rules and regulations and stuff like that. dunno the meaning of implementing, go to

the responsibilities are going to start coming in soon...so you guys got to get prepared. There are many things to be done. like the oncoming camp and other things like administrative stuff. im not saying im going to throw everything at you and not do anything myself, im going to try to distribute the work evenly :) heh heh, better becareful...im going to start shooting arrows soon... heheheheh. okay i sound so dan-ish. one of our priorities is to make sure that at the end of every training, everything is put back neatly. we cant be seen as a sloppy team. as we have all heard before, we are walking advertisements even in school. we are going to try hard to work together okay?end
anyway...what i really hope for is that our team will be closely bonded. if we have to suffer, we suffer together. if someone is sad, we do our best to cheer the person up. its all about being a team and helping each other through thick and thin. i tried my best to spur you guys on during that particular competition, though we did not win, our team spirit kinda grew stronger. :)
so. we have to buck up, get more bonded, make our team spirit grow.
how about we do some activities at the end or start of training? that way we wouldnt get that bored for some of you who are not being trained by the coaches at any time.
